Terminator 4
So i finally saw T4 with THE Raymond Knight, yesterday. WTF was everyones problem with that movie? I thought it was damn entertaining, yeah maybe my expectations were lowered by part 3, but even i enjoyed that one as an action flick, if nothing else. People kept saying there wasnt a war against the machines in this movie so you can imagine i was damn surprised to see a war...against machines...happening on the screen :O

Terminator 4 was Mad Max with killer robots. They had Motorcycle bots and eel bots and megatron, and massive post apocalyptic mayhem. It was WAY better than i expected it to be.

Yeah there might have been a tiny flaw here and there like the "Arny bot" throwing around John Conner around in excess but that can easily be excused by the fact that it was First Gen. c'mon people, nothing ever works right out of the box XD

Sheesh i dont get the trendiness of taking movies so damn seriously :b

i certainly enjoyed that movie, fuck all those critics, i go to a movie for my own reasons, not because "other people" say i should go or not go, also you just know there will be a sequel to this, the ending was wider open then a heavly abused Flamedramon ass

Problems with long and extended series: people were young when it started, now they have matured (sort of) and are expecting more to match their increasing complexity; or worse, they are expecting it to blow their socks off the same way it did when they were kids (even though most of our childhood memories of 'cool' things are overblown in my opinion).

Nor do I. It may be a certain 'The fourth movie HAS to save the franchise after the third one bombs' mindset, or unrealistic expectations for a brainless action flik to be anything but a brainless action flik. Probably more the latter, IMO.

I haven't seen it yet, but I want to.
